whoa okay i have been getting a lot of followers the last couple days
hello! thanks for the follow, super flattered you all wanted to, hope you enjoy my blog and all that jazz. let me know if there’s anything you need me to tag in the future and i’ll do my best to remember! my memory isn’t always the best though, so feel free to remind me if i start to forget.
but also, tomorrow i am moving into a new apartment! so, i’ll be pretty quiet for a little while until we get our internet up and running. or until i get bored enough to use the mobile app, one of these.
so. see you all around whenever i get back on!
Commissions are open!
Hey, so. I’m pretty much broke as hell and need not to be as soon as possible, so I’ll be opening commissions for as long as I can keep up with them. If you’re interested, you can contact me through Tumblr (I will not be considering any requests sent through anon), e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), or skype (alice-spacey). E-mail or skype very much preferred.
I will draw fanart or OCs, and am willing to try NSFW commissions, but will more likely than not turn down anything that is graphically pornographic or gory. Anthro, mech, and robots will depend on the level of detail needed.
If you are interested, please send me:
- A detailed description of what you are requesting. References, detailed written description, or both if you want to be particularly helpful. Be sure to include the style, number of characters, and any particulars you may have in mind, such as outfits(if they’re not the ones shown in the references), expressions and mood, or anything else.
- If, by some reason, you are looking to have a picture done by a certain date, I will need a week at the least.
- By default, I will ask for half of your payment on confirmation and half on completion. If your payment comes to less than $10, I will only ask for it on completion. If you’re uncomfortable with this, I am open to discuss it with you.
- Paypal only, please. My paypal address is email@example.com.
I can’t believe my reaction to being frustrated with Homestuck was to draw more homesuck
I actually drew them in line but then that looked bad so see how the quality dwindles
Stunning Metal Sculptures Made from Old Watch Parts
In this series, artist and sculptor Susan Beatrice has designed amazing sculptures made from old watch parts. Many of them are contained within the case of a pocket watch. The artist started a jewelry company using earth-friendly items called All Natural Arts and is based out of Glassboro, New Jersey in the United States. You can find more of her stunning work at her website.
I keep trying to figure out which one of these is my favorite. maybe the second one?
I’ve been wanting to do this challenge for awhile but I haven’t worked up the nerve. I’m going to tentatively try my best and have fun with it c:
Anyways, she was inspired by this beautiful sculpture I saw a few days ago in the Glyndor Gallery, a costume piece by an artist named Benjamin Heller.
I know I shouldn’t, but I really like drawing her so I’m keeping her. I still haven’t picked a name yet, but I know that she’s the quiet and disciplined type, a scholar and a caretaker. She also has a habit of tinkering and fixing things. I like to think she occasionally picks up wounded creatures in her cage and heals them so they can continue on living, or puts objects of interest in there.
Her plumage seems to aggregate when she needs it to, so it can shrink to short downy feather or engulf her and grow out into a set of huge wings. There doesn’t seem to be a beginning and an end to it. She doesn’t expose her cage, normally she covers it up with a long dress or her feathers
So I took a midi of Unite Synchronization and messed with it to see if it can be a haunting piano melody.
I think it sure can.
Dude. This is beautiful.
ITS MY JAM
OH MY GOD
